Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for a simple change of mind — each piece is made specifically for your order, not pulled from stock. This is standard for print-on-demand apparel.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size, wrong design, printing error), we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Exact return/exchange procedures will be finalized once our print-on-demand partner is selected, since their production process determines what's possible. This page will be updated with specifics before checkout goes live.
